My clientis looking for an experienced, data-driven and self-directed CRM Manager/Head of CRM, to deliver, implement and execute an international strategy for acquiring new customers and consumers, converting and retaining them using innovative on-site, email, CRM, DM, social media and mobile techniques.

The successful candidate will be passionate about CRM and able to demonstrate measurable successes in a similar role, and will ideally possess some experience of social media. Supported by the Head of eCommerce, he or she will collaborate closely with production, product planning, IT, online marketing and personal shopping to deliver the CRM strategy for the business.
