Responsible for processing orders, managing supply chain relationships and first class execution of all planned & agreed customer activity. The incumbent will represent the customer within our operations and ensure that every aspect of our customer's needs are supported; from order capture through to availability in store.
Furthermore, build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders such as: Senior Demand Planner, National Accounts, Trade Marketing, Trading Director and Sales Operations Team

A significant amount of time will be spent visiting customers and being the stock controllers' right hand person to ensure seamless management and execution of orders and associated activities.

Who we're looking for
The successful person must be able to demonstrate the following;

• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Working within the FMCG sector
• Working in a customer facing role dealing with the major retailers (Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury's etc) will be advantageous
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of Supply Chain
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative
• Commercial awareness / Account knowledge
