The principal responsibilities of the position are as follows:

• Support Director, EMEA Legal Entity Management to ensure that all key EMEA legal entities are complying with all regulatory requirements, and keep abreast of regulatory changes;

• Support the Director, EMEA Legal Entity Management in the preparation of ALCO/BOD materials, annual policy reviews, funding & capital plans as required;

• Independently manage LE related projects where Treasury expertise is required and liaise with colleagues in global treasury operations and other finance and key stakeholder groups to drive results (ie) capital infusion requests, special projects

• Liaise with the functional Treasury areas on all aspects of legal entity Treasury needs, including funding, liquidity, capital, asset/liability management; foreign exchange, cash management, banking & treasury operations;

Represent treasury on cross functional teams

• Support global legal entity management initiatives to strengthen the overall LE framework

Who we're looking for
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

Able to analyze financial problems and formulate and present findings clearly, and in a compelling manner;

• Strong treasury knowledge across multiple disciplines including funding & liquidity, market risk, foreign exchange, capital management, cash management; banking & treasury operations

• Strong influencing and demonstrated leadership skills, able to liaise effectively with multiple business partners and colleagues across the organization;

Strong project management skills;

• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively, and with a record of driving results;

• Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory and control environments;

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter and quick learner who can lead initiatives to deliver solutions around a variety of Treasury issues;

• Knowledge and experience in financial markets, tax, and legal entity management
