Leading Investment Bank seeks a Global Reference Data Manager Listed Derivatives to join them on a permanent basis.
The Listed Derivatives reference data organization provides support to global business management, global operations, and the finance and regulatory divisions that support the listed futures and options business. The reference data organization has staff located in New York, Chicago, London and India. Candidates must have the ability to manage remotely, be able to travel, and effectively perform as member of a global team.

• Process management and workflow prioritization
• Reference data related project management.
• Process reviews and change management
• Liaison between senior Listed Derivativemanagement, clearing, client service and front office staff on issues pertaining to global reference data.
• Training and development of off shore staff on reference data related processes.
• Responsible for complex reference data updates

Who we're looking for
• Understanding of listed derivatives revenue and expense drivers
• Working on the Rolfe and Nolan futures settlement system
• Ability to prioritize and effectively delegate
• Team player
• Globally focused, must work well in a global team environment
• Ability to manage staff remotely in the US, Europe, & Asia
• Ability to drive change and motivate staff
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to communicate proactively, & promote a global vision for this team.

Qualifications
• Listed Derivatives
• Proficient on the Rolfe and Nolan static data module
