A new role to the business, the HR consultant will provide support to the UK and European sites. As HR Consultant, you will focus on delivering an excellent professional service to the defined region - delivering all aspects of:
• HR Policy & Procedure
• Recruitment Management
• Reward Management
• Induction Management
• HR Data Management and Administration

Who we're looking for
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a very professional organisation, providing a high level HR service to an International client group. This role will not be focussed on high volume ER, instead this role will require an excellent level of accuracy both in legislation and production of work. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate previous success in a similar role and with the ambition to drive their career forward.
