As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for a high profile client group of approximately 120-140 employees based in East London. This is a truly generalist business partnering role providing guidance and leadership across the full HR activity set including resource planning, recruitment and selection, talent management, learning and development, motivation, engagement and retention, reward, employee relations, international mobility and diversity and inclusion. You will be responsible for providing first class business partnering to leaders and individual employees to maximise business performance by providing quality HR solutions and deliver core people services.

Who we're looking for
• Degree and CIPD qualified
• Track record in business partner roles working with professional client groups
• Experience operating in large international 'blue chip's and/or matrixed working environment advantageous
• Broad HR generalist experience with a depth of experience in Reward
• Strong Employee Relations background
• Project management experience and able to demonstrate tangible results

What's on offer
A basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, £3k London Living Allowance, £6 Car Allowance, 15% Bonus Potential, 15% Flexible Benefits
