You will join the firm's existing employment team. You will, under supervision, have day to day conduct of a varied workload of tribunal claims, advice to individuals and advice to employers. Your key responsibilities will include conducting legal research, giving advice (by telephone, in person and/or in writing), drafting documentation (including claim and response forms, witness statements and legal submissions) and conducting negotiations on behalf of the client.
You will have the opportunity and be encouraged to undertake advocacy in the employment tribunal, where appropriate, and will support the more senior solicitors and have exposure to more complex and high value tribunal claims. You may also be called upon to work in a team on project work, such as reorganisations, or to provide corporate support on transactional matters.

Who we're looking for
NQ Employment Solicitor with good academics and good training.
