• As a Senior Business Development Manager you will have a full ownership of your territory, generating new business income to agreed annual revenue and profit targets, selling risk based integrated security solution across personnel, response, systems and consultancy. • You will be responsible for a complete sales cycle from lead generation to the close of sale, however will have a support of the telemarketing team and Bid Support team who will provide assistance in producing tenders and proposal responses. • You will manage and maintain an active pipeline and ensure all sales administration is current, using sales force. • This role would suit someone that is currently selling high value Facilities Management or mixed Service contracts into a broad client base. • This is a brand new position so you will have lots of potential to grow and develop the territory as you see fit.
Who we're looking for
The successful Senior Business Development Manager will: • Have experience in the Field Based New Business Role and capability of developing new opportunities; • Show a successful track recordin selling high value complex solutions ( £100k +); • Have experience in generating business through tenders; • Have understanding of Facilities Management industry. This is highly desirable; • Be driven and motivated to succeed
