This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a rapidly growing, highly successful retail business.
You will be responsible for helping to drive continued success of the company's website marketing activity.
• You will manage a team of four online marketers - you must motivate them and lead by example
• Help the Head of Ecommerce to define both the customer acquisition and retention strategy for the business
• Continuous development of all customer campaigns across PPC, affiliates, social media, SEO and other channels
• Working with key stakeholders and buying team to maximise new product and brand promotions across the site
• Working with web analytics packages to help improve customer profitability - experience of coremetrics would be an advantage
• Liaising with digital agencies on the development of new research and analytical tools

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in online retailing or internet marketing; you will have experience of running internally managed large scale PPC campaigns; you will manage external agencies; possess strong business acumen and have a marketing or business related degree. On an interpersonal level you will be strong, have good communications skills and be able to lead a team. You will ideally need your own source of transport to commute to the business.
