A leading global manufacturing client based in Wiltshire are looking to identify a commercial HR Advisor to support one of their core business units. The ideal candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering practical yet innovative HR solutions to a demanding customer base. You will also be a strong generalist with true HR Advisor skills.
The right candidate will be able to build effective relationships and communication styles to enable the support, advice and challenge of people practices within the business. To coach and support both leaders and individuals to maximize their contribution to the company.

Who we're looking for
• Excellent generalist HR experience• A strong understanding of UK employment law• Change management experience• Proven ability in coaching and mentoring techniques
