This role is based in Surrey and works in the UK & Ireland Finance Team. You will manage two direct reports and be tasked with the financial accounting and reporting for the company's UK & Irish entities. Duties will also include:
• Responsibility for accurate and compliant financial reporting
• Preparation of consolidated Group figures and forecasts for all entities
• Development and ongoing management of 2 qualified Accountants
• Ensuring that all figures and reported information is compliant with local and US GAAP
• Management responsibility for quarterly FSA returns and related reporting.
• Ad-hoc project and reporting work as and when required.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified ACA/ACCA with strong experience of financial reporting and consolidating complex information. You will need to demonstrate good and hands-on management skills and ideally have experience of working within and FSA regulated environment.
