As the Business Services Commodity Manager you will focus on the following areas around Business Services Commodities (Professional Services):
• Risk Management - particularly through the negotiation of robust service contracts and service level agreements, and the ongoing development of best practice procurement processes incorporating supply chain sustainability considerations

• Relationship Management - acting as a trusted business advisor to functional leaders and service owners, and providing governance support to key supplier relationships

• Strategic Sourcing - managing the key sourcing activity for the Business Services commodity areas ensuring that these are aligned to the business objectives

Who we're looking for
As the successful Business Services Commodity Manager you will have the following:
• MCIPS or equivalent
• Well-developed commercial and technical expertise in the area of strategic sourcing
• Robust communication, influencing skills and relationship management skills
• A track record of leading and managing complex sourcing projects
• Proven Procurement Business Services commodity expertise (Professional Services)
• An ability to identify and address risk management issues
• Experience in building internal relationships and networks
• Intellectual agility and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Experience of embedding sustainability principles into supply chain engagements
