• Contact Centre Manager looking after Inbound Sales based in Birmingham. Managing the inbound telesales team & customer service team through team leaders, but also being hands on as the team. Predominantly existing business, but up selling involved
• Improving processes in the call centre, efficiencies, up selling skills etc
•27 people of all ages, including 3 Team Leaders
• Recruitment of call centre staff
• Training telesales & customer service staff
• Heavily involved in the change management programme
• Using KPI and strong management techniques to drive performance
• Part of the Senior Management team

Who we're looking for
• Managing or recently managed telesales, internal sales, contact centre or customer service teams

• Experience in change management
• Evidence of improving processes in the call centre, efficiencies, up skilling staff etc

• Recruitment of call centre staff

• Training telesales & customer service staff

• Experience of running internal sale teams dealing with businesses
