As a Regional Sales Manager you will have full responsibility for a team of 10 sales people based across the South East with a view to enabling their potential and delivering a seedbed of talent into the wider business. You will be required to develop and deliver a regional strategy and plan to grow the quality distribution within the Independent Retail and Symbol outlets.
Another key area in this role as part of the wider Convenience & Impulse team is to shape, contribute and deliver ongoing change plans to deliver greater efficiencies, effectiveness and ways of working to enable exceptional performance.

Who we're looking for
You will need to have worked within the FMCG sector to be considered for this role. Experience within the drinks industry would give you a distinct advantage. Whilst this is a man-management role, you do not need to have extensive experience, what is key though is a flair for people management, being a natural leader and achiever who has a can-do attitude. Ultimately we are looking for someone who is a hands on individual, brand-led and seeking an opportunity within a fast-paced business - this is a great opportunity for a proven successful National Account Manager looking for an opportunity within Man-Management.
