The Head of Conflicts is a new position, working closely with the Director of Risk and the Risk and Compliance Lawyers.

Who we're looking for
You will have experience advising Partners on complex conflict issues with extensive experience of both legal and commercial conflicts resolution and in depth knowledge of Solicitors' Code of Conflict rules and the common law relating to conflicts, confidentiality and disclosure. Ideally you are, or have been a Partner or senior level lawyer with practical experience of conflicts resolution, or working at a senior level within General Counsel, Compliance or Risk Management. You will possess excellent negotiating skills.
