Finance Accountant

- Collate/review/prepare all balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis or to a time frame as requested for all entities requested by management
-Review all overheads for UK based operations and prepare adjustments/corrections as directed on a monthly basis
- Liaise with external auditors on all annual regulatory matters
-Prepare files for auditors of all information required to perform audit
-Prepare statutory accounts for all entities on an annual basis
-Prepare tax packs for external tax advisors for all UK entities
-Liaise with tax advisors in all statutory matters
-Ensure withholding taxes are reconciled on a monthly basis for all jurisdictions
-Prepare monthly management charge invoices and recharges from holding companies
-Ensure intercompany accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis
-Assist with all insurance matters
-Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
