• This role will hold responsibility for managing the whole Production cycle across this growing supplier's children's and ladies wear collections.
• Manage Production Critical paths of London Accounts, highlighting any issues as they arise, along with any potential solutions.
• Oversee merchandising and technical functions offering advice and support team as required.
• Build relationships with new and existing factories through regular communication/visit.
• Conduct weekly critical path/production meetings and ensure the relevant team members feedback any updates to the rest of the team.

Who we're looking for
• An established Production Manager who has ideally worked within a large retailer or medium/large sized fashion retailer.
• Familiar with looking after the whole production cycle across ladies and childrenswear.
• Able to communicate effectively and manage a team of Merchandisers and technologists.
• A proven background in managing factory relationships and keeping track of audits/performance indicators.
• Looking to work as part of a fast-paced fashion supplier as they go through a period of substantial growth.
