The successful Human Resources Manager be responsible for the HR function of a Northampton DC of around 600 employeesandwill have 3 direct reports.

Who we're looking for
The Human Resources Managersmust havedistribution, preferably with previous responsibility for a single site. You must have experience of leading change management projectsand tangible evidence on your CV of increasing employee engagement within a business. You will also have experience of managing a team.
As a generalist you must have experience of dealing with employee relations, absence management, restructuring,training and development, succession planning and performance management.
