Leading a highly skilled team of Analysts the Head of Budgeting & Reporting is responsible for delivering the annual Work Program and Budgets for all QG ventures, delivering performance management information and providing business critical analysis to senior management and shareholders. To effectively deliver in the role the candidate must be able to operate in a complex environment, build strong relationships and be able to consolidate information from multiple sources

Who we're looking for
Key Selection criteria include:

• Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualification i.e. ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA etc
• Relevant experience in planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis and project management
• Strong leader with demonstrable experience in developing and coaching staff
• Background within Energy or Process related industries
• Strong communication, relationship building and influencing capabilitiess
