QHSE Manager

Automotive Manufacturing

This is a Senior Managerial role within the business, sitting next to the Site Manufacturing Manager and reporting into the Supply Chain Director.
Looking after a team of 7 direct reports (skilled quality professionals and shift inspectors), this role will involve full responsibility of all Quality and Health and Safety on Site.
The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Develop and implement policies and management systems
- Ensure compliance and legislative requirements
-Continually improve H&S performance
- Manage health, safety and environment, offer continual support to the branch management structure to deliver improvements in a safety performance against company standards

Who we're looking for
It is required to havea proven track recordworking with TS16149. NEBOSH and a track record with other ISO standards is preferable but not required.
