Quality Control/Compliance Manager

As Quality Control/Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the inspection process in the UK facilities prior to delivery to store. Work with the supply base people to ensure all quality and non-compliance issues are reported and dealt with.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following abilities/experience:
• Support/train all QC's to ensure standards are maintained.
• Develop strong relationships with key members of Head Office, suppliers and DC teams.
• Input into the Product Quality strategy of the business.
• Establish and manage Gold Seal Processes.
• Liaise with store teams and identify potential improvements in packaging, product and presentation.
• Monitor packaging methods.
• Lead DC compliance meetings.
• Strong technical experience of fashion product and a track record within the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication skills and possess the ability to influence people at all levels.
