Joining the wider fundraising team, you will come on board as a senior member of the team, line managing 5.
Within this role, you will be mainly responsible for community and events fundraising and individual giving, rather than corporate donors.
You will take the lead on research and opportunity finding, implementing strategies of where is crucial to build working relationships.
You will develop presentations and put together pitches and proposals for existing and prospective partners for the charity in order to raise the highest possible income.
You will be responsible for the team providing excellent customer service at all times and ensuring time scales are met for all projects.
Maximising publicity for all fundraising events is a requirement so a deal of marketing activity will be needed.

Who we're looking for
Must have extensive experience of all avenues of fundraising - concentrated activity on community and events.
Must have been responsible for large budgets and revenue streams during fundraising.
Must have had line management responsibilities.
Able to work in a high pressure environment and able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
Comfortable selling the charity to existing and prospective partners in a variety of forums.
Excellent verbal and written communication and able to communicate effectively to people at all levels.
Team player.
