Reporting directly into the Group Managing Director, you will be responsible to provide leadership to a team during a period of growth, through the provision of structure and process but also through an entrepreneurial approach to market penetration and new product development. You will play a key part in steering the business into a new chapter, working closely with the board at group level to ensure local objectives are aligned with the overall strategy. You will be required to motivate and lead cross functional teams and as a result will be required to influence at all levels of the organisation as well as with its customers and suppliers.

Your background will include significant experience working in a senior management position within the 1st tier automotive industry, responsible for the design, development and manufacture of products for a range of highly demanding OEM customers.
