International Projects Lawyer

Reporting through to the Legal Director you will be part of a team which services many business segments within Europe, Africa and the Middle East. You will be reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a very wide range of contracts in order to facilitate and drive large international projects which the company is undertaking within the areas of:Gas Monetization; Infrastructure and Minerals; International Government, Defence and Support Services; North American Government and Logistics; Oil and Gas; Power and Industrial and Technology Services.

Who we're looking for
The Ideal candidate will be a fully qualified lawyer with circa 4 to 5 years experience and should have:

• Experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements;

• Familiarity with a broad range of corporate legal issues affecting the business segments including intellectual property, litigation and competition law;

• Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience dealing with business executives and clients;

• Experience of anti-corruption compliance including the UK Bribery Act and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act;

• Excellent strategic, organisational, presentation and process skills with the ability to follow through on numerous projects simultaneously under tight deadlines;

• Ability to work well independently, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and an ability to participate in a highly collaborative team environment.
