Business Analyst - Maintenance & Service Charges

Reporting to the Head of Business Reporting, this role is responsible for the management reporting, financial planning and analysis that is required to manage and continually improve the Association's service charge and maintenance services. This is a management post with responsibility for developing a delivery focused culture and team environment

Who we're looking for
You must be a fully qualified accountant with strong leadership skills and experience of acting as a Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, have previously cultivated strong business relationships and proven ability to influence key stakeholders. Knowledge of service charge accounting and working for a customer service focussed business is an essential for this role. This is an opportunity to work in a innovative environment within a newly established team, taking on responsibility for helping the Association to deliver more efficient and effective services.
