To deliver first class customer focussed HR Business Support in a diverse, structured but complex "wind down" operating model.
To spend significant time out in the business working closely with the business leaders helping to shape and develop process improvements, coaching and developing managers to improve their people management skills, assist in recruitment, performance management and help them deal with employee relations and compliance issues at a local level - tapping into specialist advice from the Group HR were needed.
To manage and provide leadership and guidance to HR Relationship Managers on deliverables to include recruitment, ER related issues at local level, support the delivery of Learning and Development initiatives and the HR partnering of business leaders whilst ensuring compliance in accordance with Group policy is maintained at all times.

• Champions the customer experience, helps team to understand its importance and how it can be improved
• Analyses and interprets customer experience measures, shares information with the team and agrees changes in practice
• Considers and makes plans to implement new strategies ensuring a positive impact upon customers
• Ensures that good customer service is also in line with commercial considerations and budget limitations
• Demonstrates an understanding of the broader strategic goals within which organisational changes are made and interprets them into realistic objectives for the team
• Develops, implements and manages team plans to deliver the strategic objectives of the area / function
• Develops and implements plans for special HR projects
• Encourages others to remain positive and focused on goals
