Project manage the development, installation and implementation of sortation equipment solutions in line with business requirements manage and understand Excel, pivot style work to asses issues and deliver solutions.

Who we're looking for
• Working with key suppliers and staff, Project Manage the design, development, testing and implementation of new products, functionality and enhancements in line with business, Down Stream Access and E2E requirements
o Completing business case to justify requirement
o Full product research and tender process to select approved supplier
o Creating/agreeing functional and technical specification with approved supplier
o Solution testing, installation and implementation and business sign off
• Ability to work under to conflicting deadlines and to tight timescales
• Ability to work with broadest range of personalities
• Able to influence others to act, whilst leading a team, with no direct line management
• Must be able to constructively challenge existing systems and thoughts/actions of others
• Good written/communication/presentation skills with the ability to produce project documentation, specifications and project reports
