This logistics business is looking for a HR - Comp & Bens Manager to join their team in the South West on a 3-6 month assignment.
You will leading in the development of a Company wide philosophy for pay and benefits which embraces the organisation's value sets and drives toward the achievement of business objectives.

Who we're looking for
You will have:
* Generalist HR experience.* Experience within a compensation and benefits role at a strategic level. *Stakeholder management.
