As Group Training Director (Sales & Marketing) you will be responsible the overall setting and implementation of the Global Training Strategy across all of the business sales & marketing divisions. You will instrumental in improving organisation performance by driving the following areas:
• Sales Training
• Development and maintenance of sales training courses and induction programs
• Sales training knowledge bases
• Development of key concepts from courses into e learning

You will also be tasked with supporting the Group General Manager, Commercial and Sales Development in developing and implementing Group Sales Induction, training programs and business rules.

Who we're looking for
• Successful track record in developing and implementing sales training courses with emphasis on strategic selling skills
• Successful track record of business development and sales management
• Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills
• Leadership skills, with effective communication skills and an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
• Ability to show a business focused mindset and to deliver training programs that practically help achieve aggressive sales targets and agenda items
• Success in developing and successfully drive an agenda through a functionally complex organisation
• Degree qualified with training qualifications
