AML Subject Matter Expert

My client is looking for an AML Subject Matter Expert who is comfortable managing policy implementation and stakeholder relationships at Programme Level.

It sits within the Corporate Banking Division of this large organisation so someone with a strong AML background in IB, CBD or Funds as well as excellent influencing skills is required to get the business line heads to adopt the new policies set forth by the Programme.

It is a 12 month programme of work with an initial 3 month rolling contract and they are looking to pay up to £900 per day

Deliverables:
• Give reactive and proactive advice to CBD Staff on all aspects of AML/STF/ABC
• Play a key role by ensuring that the CBD EMEA countries comply with the agreed CBD policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of pragmatic and risk-based AML/STF/ABC policies and procedures for CBD EMEA.
• Assist in monitoring the effective and efficient implementation of AML policies and procedures in CBD EMEA.
• Oversee the enhancement of meaningful, appropriate, and consistent management information on AML/STF/ABC risks and issues present in CBD.
• To provide the CBD Head of EMEA AML with regular management information and details of any emerging threats.
• To support the CBD Head of EMEA AML in maintaining good governance across CBD AML Compliance.

Who we're looking for
An AML Subject Matter Expert who is comfortable managing policy implementation and stakeholder relationships at programme level.
5 years+ experience either within IB, CBD, Funds or Consultancy at a high level.
Self-starter who requires little or no management.
