As Legal Counsel for our client's consumer products division you will:

• Provide advice and guidance related to the company's consumer productsincluding the launch of new products and ongoing development and exploitation of existing products.

• Advise on applicable consumer related laws

• Draft and negotiate relevant contracts,

• Advise on our client'smarketing campaigns, branding and trade mark issues,

• Advise on product positioning and end-to-end support for consumer-facing projects.

• Work with therelevant product and business teams (including procurement) on a wide variety of commercial transactions across our client's businesses including drafting and negotiating agreements for the supply and purchase of equipment, software and services.

• Advise on marketing and sponsorship agreements, licensing and exploitation of digital content across all of the client's businesses to multiple devices (smartphones, laptops, internet-enabled entertainment devices and TV).

Who we're looking for
You must be a qualified solicitor/ Legal Counsel with a minimum of 5 years PQE that can demonstrate the following:

• Significant experience in mobile telecoms is a prerequisite (ideally gained in-house with a mobile telecoms operator).

• In Houseor Private Practice experience gained in a highly-rated and respected organisation.

• An excellent grounding in contract and commercial law. Knowledge of and experience in advising on consumer law, sales & marketing, content licensing and procurement contracts is highly desirable.

• Excellent academic record and top quality legal training gained in private practice.
