As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering a scheme/project to time, under budget and safely
This involves the management, planning and coordination and budget control over a number of projects

Who we're looking for
A broad background is essential ideally encompassing retail, leisure, commercial and residential.
RICS or APM qualification is essential.
A professional manner coupled with the ability to liaise with clients/ consultants and contractors at all levels is key
A demonstratablebackground inconsultancies anddevelopers is ideal
