The objective of the FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) programme is to deliver enhanced Foreign Financial Institution US Regulatory and back up withholding Reporting for all applicable Asset Servicing business units, in compliance with new regulatory requirements established by the United States Internal Revenue Service.
The job holder is responsible for the analysis & definition of the business requirements, functional specifications and operational architecture for functional work streams within large, highly complex, strategic, global programmes. They must be able to:
• Formulate and define programme scope and objectives for their allocated work stream across all business, operations, and technology stakeholders by thoroughly understanding business processes in a specific business area.
• Lead initial strategy/planning and scope definition through to process design, requirements development, testing, training and implementation of the solution for their assigned functional area.
• Lead the analysis of client requirements; create business & functional requirements documentation.
• Coordinate documentation review and ensure that agreement and sign off is achieved across multi global internal, and often external, business and technology stakeholders.
• Manage issues and risks, identify potential roadblocks and be accountable for keeping their workstream on track.
• Develop and execute test plans.

Who we're looking for
• Extensive and deep expertise and business knowledge of transfer agency, fund accounting and custody; alongside good understanding of Investor Tax and other Asset Servicing topics.
• Expertise experience with Software Development Life Cycle processes and methodologies
• In-depth understanding and working knowledge with best-in-class methods, tools and techniques for elicitation and documentation of internal and external client needs and associated requirements. This includes business process modelling and formal requirements traceability techniques
