Fund Accounting Manager

This newly created position in the Glasgow market will manage the activities of the established fund accounting team of Accountantswhich is based on site. You will be responsible for:
Preparation and review of interim and year end financial statements for the appropriate funds.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and period end distribution calculations.
Preparation and review of trustee funds.
Preparation and review of daily and weekly NAV

Who we're looking for
To qualify for this role you will ideally have demonstrable experience of working within a similar role. You will be adept at managing a team of Accountants and able to appraise them and their work effectively. It is highly desirable that you have an industry recognised accountancy qualification. If you are not coming from a financial services environment then it is essential that you are coming out of a top tier accountancy firm where you have been responsible for financial services clients.
