Project Director Responsibilities:
• Deliver the project on time and to budget with safety always the highest importance.
• Manage the project team including the motivation and development of junior members.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
• Monitor fee applications/remuneration ensuring scheme profitability

Who we're looking for
RICS or APM qualified
An extensive background in Project Management delivery with candidates from a developing or consultancy background of particular interest
A professional "can do" attitude is essential
The ability to liaise with developers, consultants and contractors alike is a necessity.
