Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive your primary responsibilities will include:
• Developing client relationships from PLC clients to SME businesses by phone and face to face
• Identifying new business opportunities and selling solutions to the clients to suit their needs
• Consulting the clients on the market and providing benchmarking on their competitors
• Managing the clients and candidate relationships with existing and new contacts
• Making a commercial deal and influencing the process whilst dealing with Senior Management.

We are looking for talented, energetic individuals with strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence senior management. You must also display a passion and desire to succeed and have a strong career orientation. Excellent time management and organisational skills are also very important, as well as commercial business acumen.
