Online Marketing Executive

• Co-ordinate and attend online development meetings with hubs and content owners
• Keepthe websiteand tools (including product, people and office finder) on the site up to date and current, generating ideas, creating new content and pages as needed.
• Organise and carry out the translation of content
• Maintain and updatethe mobile website
• Co-ordinate small changes process forall websites
• Create and distribute email newsletters for UK and other hubs as required
• Assist with our social media programme, liaising with content owners and posting to social media sites
• Optimise websites for search engines according to best practice and assist with monitoring brand and listings i.e. on directory sites
• Assist with building of new websites and micro sites
• Co-ordinate and update any other websites as required
• Work and support other members of the online team and wider Marketing & Communications team to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach and message is being conveyed.
• Finally, and in addition to the above key accountabilities, you may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require.

Who we're looking for
• Working knowledge of html
• Experience of using content management systems for either websites or intranets
• Demonstrable evidence of writing ability for news, articles and website content
• Up to date appreciation of the technical requirements of the role
• Track record of identifying and analysing problems, identifying & evaluating options, deploying sound decision making skills.
• Proven track record of knowing what it takes to provide a consistently first class customer service internally and/or externally
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a confident and articulate presenter to internal/external audiences, exercising appropriate discretion in dealing with people from all levels of the Company
• Ability to build effective working relationships (internally/externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group (if applicable)
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs
• Able to organise self (and others if applicable) including effective scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude
• Comfortable taking ownership for own work, identifying the need for action (using initiative) whilst working effectively within a team.
