Area Sales Manager

Permanent ⁄ £25000 - £30000

You will manage the East Coast of Scotland patch looking after a variety of high end and local store staff.
You will motivate, train and develop your staff to promote and sell our clients portfolio of cosmetics to the public.
You will strive to smash high sales targets and look to be the best where possible.

Who we're looking for
Experience managing a field based team or managing teams from satellite locations is a must.
Experience selling high end beauty products into retail is also essential.
Ability to train, develop and coach people to deliver high sales targets.
Great communication skills and presentation skills.
Proven track record in achieving high sales targets and drive to achieve more.
