Head of Sales

Work-based Training

- Responsible for managing and leading a direct sales team comprising Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Internal sales Executives.
- Encourage the team to develop strong value propositions focussed on workforce planning and development as related to the Corporate, Public and on occasion, the SME market.
- ?nLead and enable workforce planning and development value propositions through our Sales and Account processes to new and existing customers.
- ?nLiaise closely with the delivery side of the business to ensure efficient and profitable relationships with clients. Lead the team from the front, delivering a personal, as well as a team sales target.
- ?nOwn a portfolio of personal client relationships as well as leading the team.
- ?nExtend and widen our Corporate and Public Sector footprint, targeting clients with bespoke workforce planning and development value propositions.

Who we're looking for
- Preference will be given to candidates from the Work-based Training industry. This is a role that requires someone to "hit the ground running" with limited input to be successful.
-?nA good knowledge of Labour market intelligence collation and analysis processes with the necessary experience to translate this into useful business management data
- ?nKnowledge of national frameworks and SFA funding
- Ability and willingness to travel the UK as required, including over night stays on a reasonably frequent basis.
- Strong leadership skills, with previous demonstrable success of delivery both personally and through a team.
