Business Development Manager, based in the UK reporting to an office in the Midlands, with a leading provider of Work-based Training
• Responsible for sourcing new business opportunities an generating sales revenues against agreed targets.
• Responsible for the achievement of excellent customer and learner satisfaction through the highest quality sales processes, interactions and customer relationships.
• To grow the existing business as well as expand the market share with new business
• To exploit the market and follow-up all sales opportunities
• Manage and nurture existing accounts, building strong client relationships
• Representing the company by attending trade events, roads shows and promotional events
• Build key relationships through networking

Who we're looking for
- A good understanding of the funding streams around Work-based Training is a must - ideally you will have sold services rather than products.
- B2B field sales experience<BR>- Services experience (e.g. recruitment, facilities management, consultancy services) will be given considered
