As the London based Sourcing Specialist - Professional Services/HR you will be responsible for the establishment a complex category management structure for Europethat will span a number of organisations. You will have responsibility for the end to end strategic sourcing process from stakeholder engagement at the highest levels to market analysis, supplier selection, contract negotiation and vendor management.
You will also have the opportunity to add innovation to the supply chain in this forward thinking, best practice environment. You will be expected to excel in your role and push forward for promotion.

Who we're looking for
The successful London based Sourcing Specialist - Professional Services/HR will:

• Have understanding and strong experience of the strategic sourcing cycle
• Have in depth category knowledge around some or all of: Temporary labour, recruitment, Employee benefits, training, testing and salary services. • A deep understanding and proven successes within professional services procurement; to include consultancy and legal services
• Have delivered savings, added value and delivered innovation in the above areas
• Ideally you will have exposure to managing an international category but regional and local will be considered.
• Experience of best practice procurement from a well respected sourcing function is ideal
• A degree level candidate is preferable
