Online Marketing Executive

The Online Marketing Executive will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and be jointly responsible for overseeing, co-coordinating and supporting the day-to-day activities of the Digital Marketing team. Purpose of this Role is to own the implementation of the web strategy working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, on specified corporate website(s) and support, co-ordinate and mentor the Digital Marketing team.
Primary Accountabilities
• Work closely with appointed Web Development agencies
• Using SEO best practice to ensure all content is optimised for natural search
• Applying Usability best practices to ensure clear, consistent user journeys
• Manage and prioritise business-as-usual site enhancements and changes
• Ongoing website integrity checking and testing
• Using the CMS to add fresh and compliant site content
• Ensure the timely dispatch of monthly customer emails and checking they are optimised for tracking and analysis
• Manage the SEO and PPC agency relationships
• Oversee affiliate / partner sites and managing the commercial incentives offered to affiliates / networks

Who we're looking for
The Online Marketing Executive will have commercial experience in a similar online / digital marketing role and encompass the following skills / experience;
• A passion and interest in the web
• Proven experience of managing websites
• Supplier management skills
• Project management and organisation skills
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail - checking copy, testing, functionality
• Communication skills - written and oral
