Senior Valuation Surveyor

Based in the heart of the West-End, as Associate you will be expected to take a leading role within a compact, but ambitious and expanding team. The team boasts an existing portfolio of high profile clients and a developing client base. There will be opportunities to be involved with high-profile instructions and portfolios in and around the Greater London area. The firm has solid and well-developed relationships with several top banks and recognised corporate clients, providing a superb foundation for the right candidate to build upon.
Core functions of the role:
• You will be expected to undertake valuations in a professional and diligent manner, advise and liaise with clients and receive and develop valuation instructions.
• You will need to build upon relationships with existing clients, winning repeat business.
• Develop a strong working partnership with other team members and support the team's graduates through their APC.
• Your report-writing skills will need to be excellent as you will be required to compose and compile clear and concise valuation reports.
• You will be required to write proposals and arrange fee agreements.



Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role you must:
• Be a graduate.
• MRICS with at least 3 years PQE.
• Have a consistent professional background in commercial valuation.
• Possess strong core valuation skills.

What's on offer
