Surveyor - European Valuation

The core requirement of the role will be to act as a co-coordinator across several European-based satellite teams. You will be the main point of contact or Account Manager for high profile multi-national clients, who require a Pan-European Valuation service. You will often be required to travel to the continent to oversee the valuation of instructions and to ensure that reports are written clearly and concisely. You will gain a significant amount of commercial an client exposure in this role and it is a superb opportunity for a surveyor looking to progress their career in valuation whilst developing their client-facing skills.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role you must be:
• MRICS with at least 1 year of PQE.
• A graduate with a 2:1degree classificationor above.
• Willing to travel on a regular basis.
•A consistent track record in the field of Commercial Valuation.
• A first-class communicator with clear and concise report writing skills.
European valuation experience is not a requirement, but would be a major bonus.
