Reporting to the Global CIO, the Head of IT Programmes & Projects will be responsible for the delivery of all IS programmes and projects across the organisation. You will be tasked with creating and leading a team of talented Project Managers & Business Analysts across a range of technical and functional areas (applications, infrastructure and business process). Your team will be located across the global IS organisation. You will be tasked with ensuring that IS delivers all programmes and projects to a defined methodology, with clear and defined processes for governance, reporting and financials. Working closely with the CIO, you will need to develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders across EMEA, Asia Pacific, Latin America and North America. Who we're looking for
You will have a track record of building and leading high performing global Programme and Project teams, gained in a global business environment. Your career will have seen you deliver a number of complex IS Change programmes into globally dispersed businesses, and you will enjoy the challenge of developing stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organisation. Strong leadership and people development skills are essential for success in this role, and the ability to lead across a dispersed organisation critical. In addition, you will possess a deep understanding of project delivery methodologies, along with skills in risk, governance and budgetary control. The successful candidate will be genuinely motivated by transformational change and enabling business growth through IS.
