Bid Manager

As a Bid Manager you will be leading corporate bids internationally, targeting blue chip business and managing the process from start to finish. Reporting into the MD, you will ensure best practice, setting standards, implementing operations whilst ensuring that stakeholders are working with the relevant people on each project. You will also take ownership of working closely with all the partners and business development teams to deliver effective client communication.

Who we're looking for
Being able to think strategically and develop improvements are vital to this role. Our client requires extensive experience in bid management ideally gained within an IT environment. Demonstrable application of lead generation, sales activity and pitch management are essential as well as the proven ability to develop efficient business processes. Persuasion, influencing and communication skills are a must as the role will require you to challenge people where necessary.
