• Ensuring external and internal stakeholders and messages are well co-ordinated and delivered on an international stage
• Working with the business to re-confirm the project scope and deliverables
• Managing a team made up of business analysts, designers, developers and testers
• Preparing and maintaining the project plan and all other documents used for planning and recording progress on the project
• Managing overall progress against plans, initiating corrective action where necessary and reporting progress in the correct format
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
• Managing project issues, including escalating in a timely manner to the appropriate team member
• Updating project RAID logs in a timely and appropriate manner as defined by the project governance procedures
• Change control, defect and configuration management in the terms of Project assets and information using SharePoint as defined by the PMO

Who we're looking for
The incumbent will have a business degree with significant exposure to international Finance business transformation programmes and extensive experience in project management within the corporate finance arena. With experience using a structured methodology, toolkits and skills honed on a number of IT-enabled transformation projects, their strong communication skills will allow them to interact confidently and successfully with a variety of stakeholders on an international finance stage.
