Demand & Inventory Planning Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aDemand & InventoryPlanningManager to join a branded FMCG business. Managing the entire branded business, manage all aspects of sales operational and supply chain activities to ensure my client exceeds customer's service expectations and achieves stock targets.
Own and manage effective processes for the company S&OP process :
• Ensure monthly forecasting cycle functions effectively, and achieves a single agreed set of business forecasts each month.
• Drives continuous improvement efforts for the process, constantly striving to develop the effectiveness of the monthly process.
• Play honest broker across key business stakeholders to drive the demand plan forward - focus on sales and marketing groups.
• Work with the Supply side functions, to enable optimal integration of the demand and supply schedules.
• Manage business wide KPI reporting around the demand planning process - forecast accuracy.
• Success in this area will ultimately be measured in an increasing rate of forecast accuracy, driving improved serviceability, enabling the business to limit risk as stockholdings are driven down.

Who we're looking for
Educated to Degree level standard, you will have a proven track record of change management within a developing S&OP focused business.
Experience of workingS&OP external consultancy's would be advantageous to your application.
