The role requires someone who is more than just an Internal Auditor but who is a business partner as well.
The role requires moderate travel (20-30% and this is entirely flexible," travel" can be done via tele conference) to Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia and the US. Liaising with various different operational heads and budget holders you will be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate operational and financial controls are in place across the business. The role reports directly into the UK Finance Director and into the Director of Internal Audit - giving you every day senior management exposure and allowing you to push through changes quickly through the business.
It is vital that you are strong technically and have good knowledge of manufacturing internal audit processes and relevant business risks.
This is not a box ticking role - it is vital that you add value to the business.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates who are making their first move from practice and ideally have exposure to manufacturing businesses.
However, we will also consider candidates who are career auditors and who have extensive manufacturing Internal Audit experience. Candidates from regional are national firms will be considered as long as you strong interpersonally and looking to make the role your own.

What's on offer
£35,000 to £40,000 + benefits.
