Recruitment Advisor

The Recruitment Advisor will be part of the HR team and be responsible for all end to end recruitment within this FMCG business. You will drive recruitment across various sites from head office in terms of ensuring recruitment is carried out in a consistent manner. You will train managers on undertaking interviews, carry out SHL testing, and provide creative suggestions of new ways to recruit.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting within a commercial business, for example FMCG.You will have experience of managing the end to end process of recruitment and ideally you will bebe SHL Level A and B qualified.
